Scott H. Wilson

Managing Principal

Scott H. Wilson is a Founding Partner and Managing Principal of SRP Medical, LLC, a specialized investment and development platform focused on the development of healthcare properties in the Southern United States. Scott has led the recent investments in the Methodist Hospital for Surgery in Addison, TX, Forest Park Medical Center Pavilion in Dallas, Kindred Rehabilitation Hospital in Houston, Oceans Behavioral Hospitals, and the The Villages Senior Living Residences. Prior to forming SRP Medical in 2008, Scott was President of Staubach Realty Partners, the investment and development division of The Staubach Company

With over 20 years experience, Scott has been involved in over $6.2 billion in real estate investment transactions including acquisitions, developments, sale/leasebacks and capital transactions on a wide variety of commercial and medical property transactions. Scott started his career at La Salle Partners, now part of Jones Lang La Salle, focused on acquisitions and development projects in the eastern U.S. Following LaSalle, Scott was a Senior Consultant for Kenneth Leventhal, now a part of Ernst & Young. In addition to his real estate career, Scott founded Ignite Technologies where he was President and CEO from 2001 through 2005.

Scott is a cum laude graduate of Duke University and lives in Dallas with his wife Lisa and two daughters.

Marc Goldman

Marc M. Goldman

Marc Goldman is a founding Partner of SRP Medical, LLC, a specialized investment and development platform focused on the development of healthcare properties in Texas and the Southwest.

Marc joined The Staubach Company in Dallas in 2006 where he helped form a real estate investment management group. At Staubach, Marc was specifically responsible for the oversight of acquisitions and asset management for the Staubach group of funds. In that role, Staubach Realty Partners purchased over $150 million in real estate transactions. Before joining Staubach, Marc was with Fowler Property Acquisitions in Dallas for two years where he was responsible for approximately $100 million in real estate acquisitions in select Southwest markets. Prior to joining Fowler Property Acquisitions, he spent over four years employed at Hunt Realty Corporation where he was responsible for the acquisition, investment management, and capital market activities for a portfolio of assets that included investments in private operating companies and direct owned properties. Prior to joining Hunt Realty, Mr. Goldman served as an acquisitions analyst in the San Francisco office of Invesco Realty Advisors, where he closed over $500 million in assets. Marc began his career in real estate as an acquisitions analyst at Archon Group where he underwrote and closed over $750 million of loan pools and real estate owned assets.

Marc received an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 2004 and a B.A. in economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 1996. Marc is currently involved with a number of philanthropic and business organizations including the Young President’s Organization, the Advisory Council of The Graduate Real Estate Society at The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas 1883 Council. He resides in Fort Worth with his wife, Stacie, and three children.

Jason Young

Jason Young

Jason Young joined SRP Medical in 2010. In his role, Jason is responsible for sourcing and managing new development opportunities for SRP’s senior housing platform. Jason has led the development of The Villages Senior Living Projects including over $100 million in assisted living and memory care residences.

Prior to joining SRP Jason was in the Washington, D.C market with national apartment developer JPI, and previously with The JBG Companies focused on large mixed-use developments. In these roles Jason oversaw $400 million of development including high density design and construction, and complex entitlements in challenging jurisdictions. His development portfolio includes 2,000 apartment units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space. Jason started his career in Dallas as an analyst with Crow Holdings supporting the underwriting and due diligence needs of the company’s private equity funds. He later was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of hotel, multifamily and land development assets.

Jason obtained his B.B.A. in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University. He resides in Frisco with his wife April and their two children.

Trisha Grimsley

Trisha Grimsley has been CFO of SRP Medical since joining the firm in 2010. Trisha is directly responsible for direction and oversight of all financial management and reporting for all SRP Medical real estate and operating company investments.

Prior to joining SRP, Trisha was the Regional Controller – West Coast for Lincoln Property Company from 1998 through 2010. At Lincoln, Trisha oversaw the financial management and reporting for over $500 million of commercial property assets on the west coast. Prior to joining Lincoln, Trisha started her career with Boden, Dews and Associates, a CPA firm in Dallas.

Trisha graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1995 and earned her CPA in 1999. Trisha lives in Dallas with her husband Dan and their two children.

Christina Nuckolls

Christina Nuckolls joined SRP Medical in 2012 as the Director of Marketing. Christina has broad responsibilities over market research, marketing and communications for SRP Medical’s real estate and operating company investments.

Before joining the SRP team, Christina was Executive Project Coordinator for National Bankruptcy Services (NBS) in Dallas. Prior to NBS, Christina was with Goldman Sachs in their Private Wealth Management division from 2006 through 2010.

Christina lives in Dallas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in English and Hispanic Studies in 2005.
